The public brochure website does not currently use analytics, advertising, retargeting, heatmap, or marketing cookies.

Because no non-essential cookies are currently in use, a cookie consent banner is not currently shown.

The ops and admin system uses one essential cookie: bewarm_admin_session. This cookie is set when an admin user logs in and is used to manage their secure session. It is necessary for admin authentication and is not used on the public brochure site.

Essential cookies like this do not normally require prior consent under UK cookie/privacy rules, but they are disclosed here for transparency.

Public contact and quote request forms include anti-spam and security checks. These use server-side techniques including a hidden honeypot field, form-start timing, and rate-limit and duplicate checks. A hashed technical identifier derived from request information is used to support these checks. No persistent cookies are set by these checks.

Optional CAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile protection may be enabled for additional form security. This is disabled by default and is only active if deliberately configured. If enabled, this policy should be reviewed and updated as needed.

If analytics, advertising pixels, embedded third-party content, heatmaps, live chat, or any other non-essential cookie or browser storage is added later, cookie consent must be reviewed and updated before those features are deployed.
